The Repair Cafe

At our monthly Repair Café we repair household items and textiles among others. We also share repair skills so we can learn from each other how to fix broken items so that rather than throwing them away, so we can continue to use them.

This will reduce landfill, reduce costs of buying new, and reduce the carbon footprint associated with buying new items.

We also hope it will help us value and share skills in the community generously and become more connected to our neighbours!

We look forward to also providing opportunities to share resources, such as through a tool and/or toy library or similar initiatives.
