We’re looking forward to sharing our journey of setting up a Repair Cafe with RenCan members at Paisley library on Thursday 2nd October at 12pm. This will be an informal session where we share our learning from the past year: how we went about identifying that a Repair Cafe was desired in our local area, how to get the seed funding to set it up, how to recruit volunteer repairers, the support we got with all practicalities of setting up a repair cafe from the share and repair network and how our repair cafe sessions have been going since we went “live” in January.
