We are delighted to have a stall at the Gala Day this Saturday, 13th June 2026. We have a range of activities for children who will be able to win a massive teddy (do you call dog teddies teddies, or doggies? any way, it’s huuuuuge!!!) by guessing the doggies name. Green fingered kids can grow their very own beanstalk with slug resistent seeds grown especially for the Scottish climate (apparently they’re called milky fork beans I’ve been told). For the children’s big people who they’re bringing along, we have an opportunity to chat about ideas for our community. How do you feel about a library of things? Do you have any ideas for community energy or retrofitting projects that we could make a reality? How about active travel, what does Bridge of Weir need? Don’t be shy, say hello, we’d love to chat to you while the littles are busy at our table.
